Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a talented Area Coordinator to work with our Centralized Operations department to achieve its mission of supporting our local Field Operations Teams. The central focus of this role is to ensure alignment between our digital systems and the physical items that Field Operations team members need to provide services.

DETAILS
  • Full-time position

Responsibilities
  • Work with Centralized Operations leaders and other departments to execute processes and tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Provide ongoing support to Field Operations managers in assigned area to enable their Teams to succeed.

  • Maintain the local Service Center (physical facility).

  • Manage company inventory at the local Service Center.

  • Oversee the processes of onboarding and offboarding site employees, assigning and/or retrieving company equipment and working with General Managers to ensure onboarding training is completed and any necessary paperwork is submitted.

  • Provide feedback to Centralized Operations leaders on the effectiveness of current processes in order to support continuous improvement.

  • Tech Literate: Proficient with commonly used documents and software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and capable of learning new software in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.

  • Problem-solver: Prioritizes understanding the problem over chasing new solutions. Pays close attention to the details and has a keen sense for what's not working and how it can be improved.

  • Operational Efficiency: Understands operational processes and workflow optimization strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with different departments to align operational processes and ensure seamless coordination with all stakeholders.

  • Task Management: Utilizes task management software (Asana) to organize, track, prioritize, and complete routine tasks.

  • Organization and Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks while staying on top of multiple workflows in process and to achieve those tasks on time and on target.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of related work experience.

  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.

  • Must pass required background check and drug screening.
